Janna, if EI is very important to you, then follow Daniel Goleman on Youtube and read his Books, if you have not done so...I recommend Emotional Intelligence for starters!...When it's convenient, take the Gallup Strength Assessment; then you'll know your Strengths and assist you with your less than Strengths! It's worth the Investment!

Hi Christina, Take a second to think before you respond. If you’re feeling overwhelmed step back, take 3 deep breaths, and try to identify how your feeling before you respond. I struggle with the same issue and it’s usually those immediate reactions that get us into trouble.
