Jobsearchingfrustration
I'm going through the same thing. I spent the past 11 months searching and do not get any reply. When I do get one it states I do not meet the qualifications including having a high school diploma. At first I did not have the high school diploma on my resume but I did some corrections to make sure it was on there. I also inform on my resume that I'm a US veteran so I can get first priority. Also do not put what year you received your diploma or they will start judging on how old you are. Also, we're on the last two months of the year and I know by November that companies will not hire any new people for the remaining of the year. Any job searching I try to do after October these companies won't give me an interview until January. Currently I'm registered with some staffing agencies to help me find some temporary work for the remaining of 2017 but, right now all the agencies are informing me on what company are hiring and all I do is email them my resume with a cover letter and that it. This is why I'm frustrated with this job searching.
