I started working for Steve when I was fairly young. What started as basic remodeling, painting, drywall, and plumbing, turned into traveling and remodeling Wal-Marts. I demo'd, framed, laminated walls and countertops, drywall, painted, and laid tile floor. Worked my way up to night Superintendent which included planning, morning meetings with management, making sure work was completed per schedule, ordering materials, trouble shooting, and keeping everything on task.
