First thing I did was to apologize,if I can fix it I would do it immediately,or if it's difficult I would call the manager.. customer is always right.

No, correction, customers are not always right, never allow anyone to disrespect you in anyway form or fashion .. no job is worth disrespect .. Be bless ..Richard
