On workers compensation and terminated.
My boyfriend worked for a trucking company out of Dallas Texas. He was hurt on the job. Was out of work a year to the day he was hurt and was terminated before his doctor released him. Can they do that ? He was finally released this week from workers comp and now he has no job. What should he or can he do ?

I think from something I've looked at before it is possible to be let go while you are on worker comp.

yes they can you should have waited to file worker comp after you seen the doctors it very important that you file a claim after you get all neccessary paper work from your doctors so you can turn it in with your claim. re file a claim after you been seen from a doctor
