My question is if you had to plea quilty to a unlawful act and u know have a felony record can they use that to not hire u in any job. Even it’s been a year and u never did any jail time just probation.

Hi Kelly Krasowski , unfortunately in most cases YES. employers will not be able to pursue hiring you with pending felonies in your background. Some states have second chance laws to help you remain competitive during the initial phase of the hiring process but any company that runs a pre-employment background check will find your pending issues.

Kelly Krasowski There ARE companies willing to consider applicants with criminal records. Google "felon friendly employers" to find lists of them.
