Knowing how to ask and answer these interview questions will put you a step ahead
HELLO, JOB SEEKERS,
I just found this online for a friend - this is from our local university's web site to assist new graduates with job interview skills. He is trying for an advanced maintenance/security position there Friday, and I know he is going to benefit if he takes the time to sit down and consider these questions, and/or write out the answers to make them easier to recall. They say there are three ways we remember - by hearing, by reading, and by writing. And if we can read something, then read it out loud, then write it, we are three times more likely to remember it. Anyway, he had mentioned to me he feels weak in his interviewing skills, so I am hoping this helps him out, and you all, too! I know they might not apply to every job out there, but it's good to do the mental work first to feel more confident, just in case.
