What is the most challenging part about working for McDonald's?
Is McDonald's a good place to work?

Dealing with the public

Yes McDonalds Is One Of The Best Places To Work

the development of soft skills, like teamwork and communication, alongside the benefits of a flexible schedule and employee discounts on food

The mist challenging part is definitely learning all the different spots like front counter and grill and drive thru. But it all falls in to place.I would honestly say the most challenging out of the three was drive thru. But once you get a few days in then you are golden...good luck!!! 😁

Yes if you enjoy serving people

Watching people enjoying the food

When they leave one person in the kitchen to do all the cooking that's when it's more challenging

It's not worth it at all unless you're fast-paced and know how to deal with stress. I mean, everyone's different; it just depends on your location and the position you're willing to work at.

McDonald’s is a good place to work if you’re in high school or just need a side job pay is decent enough to live if you’re full time but I wouldn’t say it’s worth it
It's really not a challenge. If you have a poor attitude McDonald's is not for you. Go in there with a sweet attitude and you won't even know you're at work . It feels good to make ppl feels good.
