I would tell my past self that working at #JackintheBox is
I worked for jack in the box for 12 years and I loved my job but in this last year I finally had to let my job go because its not the same any more I couldn't continue to work somewhere that I felt like I wasn't even wanted I just got tired of shedding tears because I worked so hard to try to do things right but people just talk to you and treat you like your a nobody I just couldn't take it anymore

U can't allow your personal feelings interrupt your professional life! We think that the grass is greener on the other side and at times it is but at times its not. What if the same thing occurs at the next job? U gonna up and quit? U r on a job to get paid and you're not there to be pacified. Maturity needs to be your best friend! No offense intended
