Pandemic unemployment
I filed for and was granted unemployment through the pandemic, however ain't been able to file my claim to get my money because I'm locked out of my account, and when I call I'm stuck pushing buttons, and never speak to a real person to explain my situation, nor can I make another account because they go off our soc.security number. What do I do, somebody help me. I'm now homeless living in a shelter with ( $19.088.00) I can't even get to.
I couldn't certify and I just keep calling and after 2 hours of waiting and talking the problem was resolved
Yes me too. Been calling for months now. Nobody will return my calls.
Make and appointment - to get this resolved - you will need to go downtown and talk from a phone in their lobby.

Use login info that you are registered with on WorkinTexas.com including the password. I had the situation in March for a month to even file at all. I called Workforce Solutions to see if they could help & talk to someone.it still did not work for a couple off weeks but TWC had to fix that issue. My new issue is getting my back pay. Hope this helps
After you call ,Right when they pick up push 3 -5 times. Then follow every thing she say. Then push to have a call back.. They called me back in 5 minutes.. w That was nice to have a call back that fast.. they called my mother back in 3 mins .

I’m currently on quarantine and I also applied for unemployment- I just learned that my job gives us up to 10 days of Covid pay. Am I going to get in trouble if I get both? I’m not really sure what to do here
