I'm currently working in as a contractor in security. In Sept. It will make 10 yrs that I worked with this company and location. I worked my way up from being an officer to a site supervisor. My recent manager resigned and the manager from the other hospital filled in until a new one was hired. Apparently within her time being there, 2 weeks, I may have seen her if that maybe 4 days. We never worked with each other until this time. She said she evaluated me and said that my strong point is making access badges. Sol now I have been stripped from my site supervisor position and all other admin duties. I just sit and wait for the phone to ring and somedone needs a badge. Now km finding out she is offering otjer officers to go to her location to work and offering them increase in their pay. I feel that I am being over looked and being pushed to quit or possibly she is trying to.find a means of firing me. My thoughts are to call corporate and complain on how I'm being mistreated due to the fact my previous manager and I are still friends outside the job. What are some of your thoughts and/or suggestions on what I should do. Please help
