So I was with a company for 8 months. 3 months was with the temp agency, then hired on. After new management came in, all hell broke loose. I was written up for speaking Spanish to another co-worker. Then let go because supposedly I was bullying another temp employee, which I know was false. Can I go back and request new employment for another position? I did not sign any documents that HR presented.

Hi Maria Nunez - that just seems like a bad place to work! Why do you want to go back to that employer after what you experienced? Would you want to try something else? Have you tried using the job search tool here on Jobcase?
Just follow these steps!
1. Click on Jobs & Companies at the top of the page, or head over [here] (http://www.jobcase.com/jobs/search)
2. Enter a job into the search field where it says Job Title, Keywords, or Company.
3. Add in your location by filling in your City and State OR zip code. Then click the magnifying glass to search.
4. Once the list is up, click on “View Job" of any you are interested in and then apply.
