Well, to me, customers are always right. Even if your heart says you're right, you can't argue with a customer.. I simply said I was sorry to calm the situation and waited till after two weeks when she'd forgotten to playfully explain myself and then she understood and asked that I tempered justice with mercy. I told her she had nothing to worry about as the misunderstanding had gone with the wind
