Think about all of the tasks that you've performed on a regular basis which you can describe. Give each a catchy title, then highlight that experience on your resume so it will stand out.
If you can describe at the interview what you've been doing at work as well as what you can do & why you're looking for a change, the boss will grasp the latter. You don't be your way thru it. You just fudge it a little bit.
