Unexpected or unplanned experiences like personal medical issues or caring for sick family members can lead to financial stress and credit issues. Maybe you've been looking for work for an extended period of time. Remember that this is part of the pre-hire background check and your recruiter either knows or is going to find out so keep it 100% honest.
