I have been wanting to say this for many years, I was heartbroken the way I was treated by the DM and a few workers at the Colfax Louisana Store in 2013. They ran together behind the company's back and broke a lot of rules even stealing, I reported an issue to not knowing the DM (Tim) was a thief that the assistant manager and others were working non-employees before their background checks came back . Working them for no pay. When I called I was told no to report back to work they said I walked off my shift I was not at work. I did not know to call above the DM at that time Honest or I would have.I recently applied for Dollar General to find I was DO NOT HIRE. The company fired all 4 of them after I was gone a few weeks. I went on a worked my way up to assistant manager for another company. I just wanted to say I told the truth some higher up don't like tattle tales. Our children learn from us. And this was against the law.
