I too am dealing with the same circumstances my boss has been telling me for months that he want to promote me to manager and here i am still a cashier i train i open yhe store but its only to use me for what he doesnt want to do the things he gets the big bucks for. Then when i asked why i didnt have a pay raise on check he took it as an insult and lowered my hours. In turn i wasnt making enough money to pay my bill n now am dealing with an eviction. So god has made a way for me n i have a new job and cant wait to tell my boss to kiss my ass.
