Do I Need a Degree to Work for D.R. Horton HomeBuilders Co.?
Can someone let me know if I need a degree to work construction here? I’m just amazed that the construction industry requires so many degrees. Whatever happened to good old-fashioned experience?

That's a good question Eric. There's too many people that just sit behind a desk and pount fingers cause that's all they know how to do, and they have no common sense and have never got their hands dirty, unlike you and me. Good luck, i don't know what else i can say. It's just getting harder everyday for the average working man trying to support a family.
