TRANSITIONING TO NEW ROLES
Hi all, I am an IT Professional with over 20 years experience in Software finacial packages. When I apply for roles outside of my reem my previous experience is how they distinguish me. What can I do? I'm thinking about getting certificates to go along with my degree. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
