Having trouble finding job
I have well over 20 years experience and cannot find a job. The pay is the problem as the pay is in my range. I think it is ageism. No way to prove it but I have a lot of experience with a lot to offer a company.

Is the problem you are asking for more money than they want to pay? I know with older workers sometimes you have to be flexible with pay because they would rather go with someone younger who will accept a lower pay.
