Nothing actually they should have someone to train with you for the first couple of weeks. Basically if you clean your house including bathrooms then you should have no problem.

Well u got to have chemical awareness classes floor care blood spill basically know how to clean up whatever comes your way I hear a person don't need to be certified no more to do janitoril work is that true do u know that answer pedro

For basic janitorial work you probably already have the basic necessary skills. Each company has it's own standards of performance so they will teach you the way they want things done. If you want to advance in the janitorial field though, you'll need to learn how to operate a floor scrubber and floor burnisher as well as a carpet cleaner...and don't be deceived. Operating a rug doctor or other commercially obtained rug cleaner will NOT impress a professional janitor. These products actually leave a weak film of cleaner behind which, in turn, makes the carpet look dirty sooner.
