I have been in my job for 12 almost 13 years. Child care mind u. I also am a bus driver for the company. I make minimum wage. I don't have a high school diploma or ged yet and it never was an issue less I was a teacher. New boss comes in and is cutting my hours and just seems to not like me. Not sure if giving my concerns to head of directors is something I should do? Kinda fed up with giving all the years I have and not getting any thing in return!
