I never know what to wear to job fairs. Some people have told me to dress up. Does that mean a suit and tie? Anyone????

Phillip, Anytime you go for an interview you want to look your best. Yes wear a shirt and tie and dress slacks and make sure you are well groomed. You want to make certain that you have at least 50 resumes and cover letters so all your bases are covered. Look at these Job fairs as real interviews because you never know who you will meet and first impressions are a lasting impression. Make certain not to chew gum and have breath mints on hand along with clean fingernails. Also, make certain that your cover letter and resume are updated. We have resources on JobCase to prepare you for all of this. Good Luick and God Bless! TYJ
