If you are Licensed Agent, currently practicing Real Estate in South Florida full time, and you are ready to take your career to the next level, this position is for you.

IN-HOUSE AGENT POSITION ( for a pre-construction project “ Merrick Manor ” in Coral Gables )

Basic experience in residential and/or commercial is necessary. Florida Real Estate License, current and active with the Board of Realtors ( MLS ). Previous or current timeshare experience preferred but not required. Fluent in English + 1 other language ( minimum ). All applicants must be performing Real Estate services full-time at the time of applying for this position. This is NOT a " clock-in-clock-out " job, this is a career ... Motivation with great attitude is necessary. 100% focused on selling developer projects is a must. All applicants must be available to work 5 out of 7 days ( some weekends ). All applicants must be available to travel and sell the project locally, domestically and internationally. Must be available for sales meetings, training sessions, company events, travel, etc. Professional attire and attitude is required.

Compensation: draw*, commission, great bonus, excellent Incentives: marketing, PR, and traveling expenses covered by the company 100%*.
