Possible termination

Here it is. I accepted a job and I went training and three days into training I got sick. So I went to my boss and told him. I asked if I lose my job he said no so I went to the hospital the doctor put me on bed rest so I'm looking at my adp I see no employment info anymore. I haven't gotten an email or nothing about being terminated. I feel they terminated me so bad if they did I was suck my lungs had fluid in them I couldn't hardly breath and they terminated me sad. What can I do? Thanks

if you have proof thst you was at the hospital and proof the doctor put you on bed it shouldn't be a problem and if you was fired you could take them to court

Many times when you are removed from ADP it could be that If the new hire does not present acceptable identification documents by the end of three business days, the company may terminate the employee for failing to complete the I-9 form. If this is not the case then for certain I would advise you calling them and letting them know what happened. If you failed to communicate with them, by you or a family member not calling or emailing then that does not look good on you. Its important that you COMMUNICATE with your manager, you may never know unless you call him. Put yourself in their shoes, we all have emergencies come up but if you were the manager and were not informed by your employee and you didn't present any evidence of your hospital visit then I'm sure you would want to move and and find another person who reaches out and commincates! Best of luck, hope your manager emphasizes with your current health situation! Hope you feel better!
