I see your point @Joshua Gillespie but I also understand how workers with a long history of consistent employment who unexpectedly lost their jobs due to the pandemic are frustrated and disappointed when they don't get the assistance they deserve.

Most good workers/employees are able to bounce back into a new job without needed government help but transitioning into a new job during COVID-19 has not been a simple process. We need to take better care of our workers and their families during impossibly trying times.
