I am looking for a job because where I am my manager retired and since a new management started its been a headache and so much drama and very disorganized and is no longer a healthy environment my boss is aware of it but is not doing anything to make it better only meetings by saying we are family and we have to get along. That does not help at all so I'm looking for a job my boss is not aware yet. Im job hunting and when I go to interview and I get ask what's my reason for leaving or if my boss knows how can I answer that. Because that's when I freeze and I don't know what to say.
