What else can I do...
I just applied to my 116 and 117th jobs! Been networking as much as I can, working with recruiters, posting my resume on multiple sites...but no offers. I really believe being over 50 has something to do with it, but there is nothing I can do about that.
Very frustrating and discouraging! Don't know how much more I can take.

I'm sorry about your awful experiences, but I can understand. I'm nowhere near the age of 50, though I do understand the frustration with age being problematic. I experience the same age discrimination, and I'm in my mid-thirties. All I can say is keep trying, stay persistent, and I hope something good comes along for you in due time.
