$15 per hour The Customer Consultation & Care Representative will provide support to customers via inbound telephone calls. Your interactions with customers will range from receiving questions about current products and services, to consultation of new products and services. You will effectively respond and provide information to customers regarding their support inquiries by troubleshooting and providing technical support. You will consult to learn about their business and make recommendations for new products and services that will help them succeed in their goals. Minimum of 1 Year Sales Experience
