Help!!!!
I'm currently stuck in a quite stupid situation I NEED to find another job but finding a Monday-Friday 8-5/9-6 job is SO HARD also I'm driving from Portsmouth to military hwy everyday for 8.50 an hour with bills and gas to get out there I don't have a life or money cause I work also Tuesday-Saturday took the job over a year ago because got offered better pay and turns out it was NOT better pay and I can't live off this job anymore I need some help any suggestions what to do where to apply cause I've tried SO many places and it's like applying for a wall to stare at all day with no responses AT ALL tried it all so far figured this couldn't hurt

Krista this may or may not help but Northeast security is hiring at the minimum $11 an hour. Try them for the short term until you can do better. I will try to find some more jobs for you. I am currently looking for a second job and a room to rent.
Temp services pay $12 or more and might not be a permanent job but again it could be you can apply online I went to Kelly's temp service you can apply online and take off an hour or two for an interview it's at your thing they do work with you they have first shift and 3rd Shift
I apologize I know I'm late with this buy I am just seeing this. You can try snagajob.com, careerbuilders.com, jobs everywhere.com. You can also try Craigslist and the newspaper. Even google temp agencies and go thought them. They will start u off as a temp and if they like you and your work ethic they will offer you a full time position

The true answer to your post is... BE THANKFUL that you have a job !!!! There are so many people that are not working and have been looking for a looong time and are looking at losing everything simply because they can't find work Relocate if you need to, but don't complain that you took a job that calls for you to drive to it.
You could take a risk and change your focus on what you want to do. What I mean by that is change career fields. Do some networking go talk to people in the field you want to apply to and get a feel for your new career to see if it is what you want to spend your time doing. Restructure your resume to include past experience in the field you have chosen. Market yourself. Sometimes word of mouth will open new doors. Above all stay positive! Rome was not built in a day. Keep trying, doors will open.
