Taking a step back, helps more than you think. When your job searching it's frustrating and feels like a never ending cycle. What helped me was writing where I am now and where I want to be in my career or at the industry. Then I starting looking into those industry whether it was a temp agency with my specialty, or a person who was well known in the industry of interest. You will be surprise, how much people are willing to help you get to the right place. Attend networking events, speak to the people around. Lastly, just breathe and know if you made it this far, you will make it.
