Upset???
Okay so I applied for Steak N' Shake, they called me and said I had to do some online tasks and that they'd email me them. 3 days went by.. never got an email. They called me today asking me if I still wanted the job to which I said yes. They said I didn't do the tasks yet, and I told them I never got the email. I waited 4 hours for the email before calling back, he then tells me how to get to the tasks. I did everything he told me to do & in the end it tells me I have no tasks. I'm frustrated.
You should not have waited three days for the email but it's okay, just remember that in the future. Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes emails accidentally go there. You're going to have to call them back and let them know what's going on. I'm not sure what you meant by "it" or what "it" is telling you but don't be afraid of looking dumb and don't let your upset get the best of you. Just call back. Tell them, there seems to be a technical issue with "it". Let them know you really want that job and you're eager to complete the online tasks. Best of luck.
