I come from a heavy duty mechanic field mainly commercial diesels. When I resigned from my last job I applied to a gm dealership, the application stated there would be training and 401k and competitive pay. I have yet to see any. I've been with this company for two months making 19 a flag hour no other pay added on. They've nickeled and dimed my checks to the point that I'm making less than minimum wage. Is this legal? I've got copies of my check stubs and of the application that I filled out online and in person. I'm still not seeing anything promised to me. I just wanna know if I should take legal action, or just move on to another company?
