Waiting on background checks
How long does it take for background checks to come back? Ive got a clean background and taking forever!
It really depends on how many counties you lived in (at least that is common in CA). There might have been a negligence on behalf of employer to submit your documents timely as they said they did. Despite anything however, the offer could have been contingent upon you passing it and so in this case it didn't need to be put on hold (that is if you are certain that there is absolutely nothing in the background which in most cases comes down to being truthful on the application).
