The thing is when filling out the application,

When a person fills out the application and brings into the store the manager should have it right away, and the application shouldn't be sitting the registers, because who is to say the associates at the stores don't give it to the managers, and throw the application away, so you don't get a job there? I had filled out 13 applications with the store, and not once have I been called for an interview, and I believe that there should be a drop box (mail) to put the finished applications into so the manager does get them, and then you know that it's there and you know when it is seen, because you will get a phone call!

One of my tips to help this, Rodney, is to ask to speak with the manager when you are there to hand it in. That way you know it is getting into their hands!
