I was fired from my job right before I was getting ready to get my 45-day review was never late for my job did my job well was building a book and doing very well they fire me saying they saw me sleeping on the job I was not sleeping I was sitting in the chair resting my head cuz I am a hairdresser then they tried to say that they found rappers from perfume on the back floor that I was throwing in the trash I don't know what I was fired for I don't understand how can they fire me without any proof could someone please give me some information what I should do should I go to HR oh and one more thing I never missed a day since I started again never late work my job very well with building new clientele for the business don't understand how they can fire me for sleeping when they job they said they had cameras they were trying to find any reason to fire me I am the oldest one there I'm not blaming it on that but I still don't understand how they can fire me when I wasn't sleeping and I don't know where the rapper came from
