I have been reading all of the comments, in which they are excellent pointers; However, Temps, Colleagues, and Seasonal workers, can do the ten years job history and/or experience. As this will mostly apply to government agencies jobs. They target hard working and concise workers. They DO NOT want blank years. they want to see that in ten years you were up and about.
For anyone whom has ten or more years of experience your resume should not be done Chronological (focuses on work experience) to avoid all dates. Instead do the Functional, (focuses on your strengths and skills). This is where you will sell yourself as the finest product, but keep it real. For others there is the Combination resume, this one includes both, (Experiences and Skills).
Don't get intimidated by your aged experience. If an employer does not appreciates your years of knowledge than is a job not worth having. Be positive, concise, confident and let them know that you are the person dedicated to do an Excellent job. Good Luck to Everyone!!!
