Hi Mary Bruton I am sure that feels so frustrating, I am so sorry to hear that! Have you spoken to a manager about it and told them that you are interested in a promotion? I think if you put together a list of reasons why you should be promoted and show what you've been doing recently in the last few months versus since your last raise you will not only ask for a promotion but show why you deserve one. In life I have learned that if we don't ask or make things happen sometimes those moments will just pass us by. Don't be afraid to stand up for what you want Mary. If they say no then you can start looking elsewhere, but you will know you gave it your all!
