How do I apply for another gas station while currently working for one? I want to transfer to either another store or just another company which pays better.

Realistically, you should talk to your supervisor about a transfer request to another location (if possible) or start a new application for a new gas station depending if it’s online or not.
The more important aspect to understand here is that they will want to know why you’re wanting to leave one gas station to join another if your goal is to depart your existing one and you don’t do a transfer. The reason of needing more money is not a valid reason in their eyes when all they will do is see what matters to you most. Be smart about your reason(s), avoid the obvious of wanting more money, and consider options like location, safer neighborhood(s) or take on more responsibilities working in a larger station than your current one (if small). You want them to understand a realistic reason(s) behind applying for new station rather than them disregarding you because your main goal is higher pay.
You also need to prepare yourself to understand that this main position might not have higher pay in general based on the type of position itself. So you could go to any gas station to apply and would still make the same amount because that field only pays a certain cap amount that will never be higher than what it is. If the position only pays $10 per hour as an example than its likely all gas stations will pay the same amount being that it’s a job, not a career that could/would present a higher salary.

Hi Shavonne Jannie - I would go to the gas station location that you want to work at, and ask for an application. Is the gas station part of a chain that you already work at? If so, you should be able to submit a request for a transfer.

Well Lil buddy the best thing to do in your better interest is to switch company's. If you asked to be transferred will your job title change? Ask yourself that. If you want a higher paying job stay where your at first and ask for the opportunity to move up. Ask for responsibility. Ask for raise. Then if they sum hoes lol.
