Temp service
I applied for a job that I thought was directly to that company turns out it was a temp service now they want me to commit to their company and that means it will take forever to get released...I'm so upset I don't want to be tied to a temp service it so many down sides to it .

Though there are downsides for temp agencies, there are advantages. There is flexibility in scheduling, you can work at a companies and see the companies culture and work environment. Keep in mind, not every temp agency is the same so you have to do your research. The other option is to apply directly to the company.
