Explanation needed between looking and listening on an individual's profile
Can someone please explain to me what is the difference on someone's profile that shows looking and another that says listening. This is new to me and I'm trying to get clarification of it. Thank you for helping me to understand this.

Great question, Blanca! "Looking" means that someone is actively seeking a new job, position, career change, etc. The "listening" status is more for the person who is not actively seeking a job, but is still interested in contributing to the Jobcase community. Hope this helps!
