To all the job case men and women, that fave that uphill climb searching for employment, stay positive, be mentally tough, take control, Interviews are getting tougher, to get through in.some cases it takes 4 times to interview for positions which basically they are putting you into a pool of candidates and stirring up the pot, it can be a challenge but again you control your own destiny when it comes to that. Learn valuable skills before you interview, write down.your own questions to ask the interviewer to clarify the who what and where, and why, don't be nervous nor scared most people that interview don't have the right skills to do it and make things up as they go along, and just be yourself, and answer each question the best you can and move forward with a positive attitude, and in a couple of days send an email thanking them for the interview and that you are looking forward,to there call with a position, do your best relax and goodluck.

Hi James, Please proofread before publishing something you want people to take seriously. Your title "Your in Control" is wrong, it should be "You're in Control." Just reading that had me turned off so that I didn't bother to read the actual post. It is hard to believe someone knows what he or she is talking about when it starts off with a basic grammar error.
