Hi Alicia! That's definitely going to be different for every person, but I would think that the fact that you feel this way might already be a red flag. Have you thought about other job opportunities in your area? The likelihood of being able to find another job the suits your needs would probably be a big factor in whether or not you think it's worth staying at your current job.
