
Uber doesn't have my back!
Uber emailed me and said i qualified to rent a car thru Enterprise i paid 350 deposit and i got the car friday May 5th 2017 (the weekend of Cinco De Mayo mind u)and was suppose to wait for a email later that day on when i could start. Heard nothing til monday 8th i was told by Enterprise they had and issue with the systems so id be in the system in 2 hrs, which i was. So now its on uber part to turn on my app and i was told be patient give it 24/48hrs and we should here something I reached out on thurs be patient mr brown. I ask them to check on my background status they couldn't do so because 1 of them erased my profile i was told. Then i was told my background dint clear and it was gona take 30 days to do a more extensive 1 So now i've heard enough. Take the car i want my deposit back. Only to be told when i dropped the car off it went towards my rental payment! My question is should uber pay for the 2weeks i had the rental and refund my 350 deposit? I have all emails cause theres no number

Unless, Uber says in their contract that they are not responsible for refunding you deposit for the car, they owe you a refund.
The main reason im done with them and the money you make will only be to cover car expenses but if you have your own you will score
