Are all UPS employees required to join the union?

I know management is exempt but are the package handlers mandated to join...

How many years till your vested? And if the union is teamsters what about forklift operator's or people that work in the warehouse does teamsters also cover them with the same benefits?

I am a PVD driver for UPS and they take out union dues but yet told us that the union does not even recognize us we only work 3 months out of the year why do we have to pay union dues?

In California It's not a right to work state, so even if you don't fill out the forms UPS still takes out the dues. Totally bull. The Unions have F this country.

in MA a package handler has to join. initiation fee is $400 and you have a $25 per month dues

Texas is a right-to-work stare, which means you cannot be forced to join a union as part of your employment.

In Covington & Hammond, they r not union. I think it would be best if all possible to join.
