WHAT IS THE JOB? • Makes outbound calls to health plan members with the objective of scheduling an in-home health risk assessment with nurse practitioners, answer questions, provide resolution to participant and/or provider issues. • Through outbound soft sales calls explains the benefits of health risk assessments and overcome objections.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE JOB? • Minimum 6 months - 1 year of call center experience • High school diploma or GED • Computer skills
