How can I tell if this is the right job for me?
I have allot of fun at work because I work with the coolest coworkers and boss but sometimes I feel I should be learning skills and earning a bit more money. Hesitant to leave because I know the grass isn’t always greener….

looks like your confusing weighing fun over growth and fear of the unknown. You can have fun learning new skills too. If you thing your at the top of the game at your job then extend a little and at least see whats out there.

Add
Do your homework on potential career advancement at your current job and similar careers. Its okay to look around for other opportunities and learning new skills that will keep you marketable. Also to talk to your employer about other opportunities within the company.
Most of all, pray and wait for the right opportunity that comes your way.
