Professionalism

So I had an interview with a marketing firm today interview went well pay is also great and was set up to start training this Thursday and Friday! The thing that threw me off was the secretary she was wearing a tight fitted mini dress like she was going to a club after work, plus the interviewer used a lot of vulgar words. I don't know if he was just comfortable with me or that's how he approaches everyone. I felt a lot of things I saw was very unprofessional and wondered have you guys ever experienced anything like this, and should I go back to start training with this company?

I don't think so, if that's what you seen then what else would be wrong. If you have a bad feeling about it then go with your gut.

Sounds like you going to be in for a bumpy ride where in and everything will take place if you want to maintain your level of dignity I would just look for the type of environment that you are looking for don't settle first impression are lasting

It seems like there is a lot less professionalism in the workplace these days, mostly due to companies' litigation fear. What used to be enforceable policy issues are now seen as possible "discrimination" so most companies will just let things like dress code lapse.
