Good evening everyone my name is Robert DeVeer Jr. I am a senior at UMass Boston currently in the process of completing two bachelor's in Africana Studies and Labor Studies and after a Masters in Business and Administration. I want to get into human resources to help companies with their inclusion efforts yet when I look online there are only openings for major positions available in which I do not qualify due to lack of experience.

A small bit about me: I'm 31 and have been a Boston resident my whole life. I am a passionate and hard-working person who cares deeply about equality and inclusion. I already have my Associates in Communications as well as other workplace safety certifications.
