How did they find out you're deaf? Is it something you let them know? Also, do you have references from your job at Kmart that can speak about you as an employee? That might be helpful. I know it's not right, but some people might feel you wouldn't be able to get to speed quick enough because of it. It would be good to have someone who knows how you work to help with that.
